Refresh the HRA skeleton template content in src/templates/hra-skeleton.template.tsv and align src/templates/hra-skeleton-prefixes.owl with the template’s actual property usage. This updates the HRA skeleton source data and fixes the supporting prefix declarations used during ROBOT template generation, including treating RO:0002175 as an annotation property and declaring the annotation properties referenced by the template.
