I personally think the original files should be kept unchanged. Extending HiSoft-C is a good idea, but it should be handled as a clearly separate project.

I wonder, would it be good idea to have separate folder like libs-improved-by-community or something?

No problem. I will be using it for my project.
Question: why in the first place you disassembled HisoftC and recompiled it again with no changes? The main thing I got from your project is c2tap which is great.
