This PR bumps Adplug from version 2.3.3 to 2.4 Changelog
Most notable changes are modifying the previous Adplug 2.3.3, and the addition of new .cpp/.c files from Adplug 2.4 to CMakeList.
Minor changes:
Tested and working with the debug application on a Samsung Galaxy A50 📱
