This pull request makes a small update to the GitHub Actions workflow configuration, enabling the workflow to also trigger on any tag push in addition to the existing branch triggers.
.github/workflows/post-merge.yml: Added support to trigger the workflow on any tag push by including atagspattern in theonsection.
