Summary
Adds FUNDING.yml at the root of the .github repository. GitHub uses it as the default for every openAMRobot repository that has no FUNDING.yml of its own, so the Sponsor button appears across the org. It points to GitHub Sponsors (openAMRobot) and botshare.ai. Scope: FUNDING.yml only.
Work package
None. Community and promotion update for OpenAMRobot 2.0 (announcement: https://github.com/orgs/openAMRobot/discussions/27).
Integration Gate
No FUNDING.yml existed in .github or in any component repository. Uses GitHub's standard FUNDING.yml format; nothing custom.
Tests
No code changed, so no tests apply. After merge, check that the Sponsor button shows on a component repository page, for example openamr-platform-sw.

No change: repository metadata only.
Not verified
The Sponsor button itself appears only after merge to main.
