Summary
Add opt-in Azure OpenAI API-key support to the standalone CLI and TypeScript SDK.
Azure is selected only through
--azure-endpointor the SDKazureOpenAIconfiguration. Existing OpenAI, ChatGPT, and custom-provider behavior remains
unchanged when Azure is not explicitly configured.
