Open Arsenal Blockchain Specifications

The blockchain specifications describe a modular institutional infrastructure built around eliminating single points of control in both custody and transaction authority. Instead of relying on conventional private-key ownership, the system uses Distributed Multi-Party Computation (MPC) where key material is fragmented across multiple institution-controlled nodes. Because no complete key ever exists in a single location, the platform itself cannot independently sign or reconstruct assets. All operational activity, including transfers, approvals, and settlements, is enforced through policy-driven controls, structured audit logs, and role-based authorization layers rather than centralized custodial access.

Beyond custody, the specifications extend into a broader framework for regulated digital asset infrastructure. This includes support for tokenizing real-world assets such as property, investment vehicles, and structured financial products, along with interoperability across multiple blockchain networks. The system is designed to operate across deployment environments including on-premise, sovereign cloud, and hybrid configurations, while embedding compliance automation, programmable settlement logic, and governance workflows directly into the infrastructure layer. Overall, the architecture prioritizes institutional control, regulatory alignment, and cross-chain portability while maintaining cryptographic verification, transparency, and auditability without dependence on any single vendor or centralized operator.

All specifications are released under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 or later (AGPL-3.0+) and may be freely used with the required attribution provisions outlined in Section 7 of the license. Organizations seeking attribution-free commercial deployment may obtain a Specification Branding License, with pricing based on the specification category, deployment scale, and the size of the environment in which it is implemented.
