change: remove white space context menu

Description

This PR removes the white-space context menu, as it doesn't add any functionality but brings in inconsistency, as we don't have it on any other views (e.G., Spaces, Admin Settings, and so on). With our centralized FAB it's also quite redundant.

@tbsbdr opinion please. I'm kind of fond of the whitespace context menu, but it's true that the "New" actions are missing, and if we remove Create New Folder from it, there is only 'Details' left, which is not convincing...

Did anyone complain about having a whitespace context menu? I'd keep it, removing it does not improve the product. I remember users complaining not having a rightclick menu on whitespace. since we have it, I see users using it, so it seems to be useful. I'd keep it as is unless we have indicators that it harms usability/productivity.
