Changes Summary

I applied various pending/unaddressed items in Part 4.
While doing that, I patched multiple items I came across while validating the OpenAPI bundle and missing/broken requirement references.

• Part 4 Job Management:

  • Fix all missing OpenAPI definitions, schemas, and broken conformance references.
  • Improve Job PROV definitions withe OpenAPI schema integration.
  • Unify the /jobs/{jobId}/{definition,inputs} and other variants.
  • Align the /jobs/{jobId}/definition with processingEntityType from Core.
  • Add the definitions for created status and pending job req/rec/per.
  • Clarify multiple ambiguities and permissions related to managing jobs updates.

• Part 2 DRU:

  • Fix invalid AST reference to requirement for 'unsupported media type'.
    (some where using "unsupported-content-type", others "unsupported-media-type").

• OpenAPI (all parts)

  • Fix bundling for definitions that compose the same endpoint across Parts.
  • Fix unresolved Part 3 Workflows schemas in OpenAPI bundle

Merging so that I can complete RFC prep for Part 1. SWG member can review the document during the RFC and create new issues if the see any problems.
