Move vault-secrets-operator and external-secrets-operator manifests under components/secrets/. Keep resources/ paths as thin wrappers. Pin Argo CD remote kustomize component URLs with ?ref=feature/rhoso-apps-helm-chart. Add ESO Application CRs and extend docs for remote consumption.
