* Expand release process documentation with detailed steps

- Add detailed subsections for each release step with specific commands
- Clarify version only needs updating in package.json
- Explain yarn upgrade purpose and testing requirements
- Add git commands for tagging with v prefix convention
- Document automated CI/CD deployment after release creation
- Remove outdated 'Updating Version' section referencing non-existent files
- Update Travis CI badge to GitHub Actions badge
