Add features documentation and reorder navigation flow

📝 Docs

Adds a comprehensive Features page describing OpenTrace Cloud capabilities like project management and AI assistant setup.

Reorders the navigation menu to prioritize workflows and improve the overall learning path for new users.

Complexity

🟢 Trivial · 2 files changed, 108 insertions(+), 1 deletion(-)

Documentation-only change that adds a new page and modifies the navigation configuration with no impact on site logic or functionality.

Copies features.md from insight-ui/docs and adds it to the mkdocs nav.
Reorders nav so Example Workflows precedes What You Can Do, and Features
appears after the main learning path rather than immediately after Getting Started.
