Adds a minimal
AGENTS.mdfile to the repo so that coding agents have a set of instructions to start with for creating or validating MCP servers in the repository.When working with agents to explore the repo and help create test cases, I noted that every new query began with the agent responding that no
AGENTS.mdfile was found. This gives it a starting point and directs it to the compute MCP server as the model for comparisons, as already noted in the best practices doc.Fixes # (issue)
