[gmem-c] - C port/bindings

I haven't started to test this "version" of the library yet, so some stuff might not work properly or at all. This will keep receiving updates until I'm satisfied with its performance and behavior.

This won't be merged into main. (I want to separate gmem's branches at a some point and make the main branch act as a "repository" of sorts, with directions of all gmem's versions and/or ports.

TODO:

- improve data type safety
- further testing with complex data types such as strings, arrays and structs
