…ap-base.yaml only (GATE CHANGE, Refs #6185) R7 loosens R1 for ONE pair: roadmap-base.yaml passes unledgered only if every citing line is a byte-copy of a line the HISTORICAL ledger row for roadmap.yaml pins. Any other path, a fixture-class source or one novel line is R1. Rows C20-C24; mutants drop-copy-rule, any-copy-line, drop-class-filter, widen-scope all killed; self-test 41/41. The mutant() header now says WANT-RC is the unmutated expectation. The scope is declared in docs/audits/quorum-PMAT-6185-R1-pin-cites.md (A/B ruling, not the sign-off); the PMAT-6185 entry is untouched because check_roadmap_diff_additive rejects an acceptance rewrite. …w's pin; scope in PMAT-6185 notes (Refs #6185) GATE CHANGE follow-up. The copy must carry the source row's pin (count + text hash) as well as byte-copy lines, so a duplicated or dropped line is R1. Row C25 (duplicated line, membership holds) and mutant membership-only (reverts to membership) added; self-test 43/43. The gate-change scope override is recorded in the PMAT-6185 notes (a lifecycle field), since acceptance_criteria cannot be edited in place. …erse, that one path (GATE CHANGE, Refs #6185) check_roadmap_completion_is_cited.sh counted the 287 completed entries of the byte-copy roadmap-base.yaml as new uncited claims (pr-light red). They are roadmap.yaml's entries, already judged; the baseline must not grow. Exactly docs/roadmaps/roadmap-base.yaml is excluded, not the directory: a sibling file still counts. Self-test rows: base contributes no records, sibling still does (37/37). Mutant (exclusion removed) fails the base row. Real tree PASS. …ds all its ids (content-bound, GATE CHANGE, Refs #6185) Replaces the one-path exclusion. The base is left out of the completion-citation count only while docs/roadmaps/roadmap.yaml is in scope and holds EVERY id the base holds; with roadmap.yaml removed, or an id only in the base, the base is judged like any roadmap file. Self-test 38/38 (3 rows); mutants path-waiver and drop-subset-test killed; real tree PASS. The second gate change is declared in the PMAT-6185 notes and the audit scope paragraph. Superseded by #6250 (merged 08:41:07Z, same PMAT-6185 change). Closed by the aprender cop under the 10-24 08:46Z dead/superseded-PR rule; branch kept. |
GATE CHANGE. Supersedes #6247 (its PMAT-6185 acceptance rewrite failed check_roadmap_diff_additive; the PMAT-6185 entry is now untouched). Linear, 2 commits on main 57452cf, both PMAT-6185.
docs/roadmaps/roadmap-base.yaml: byte copy ofdocs/roadmaps/roadmap.yamlat main.scripts/check_comparator_pin_citations.sh. It loosens R1 for ONE pair:roadmap-base.yamlpasses unledgered only if every citing line is a byte-copy of a line the HISTORICAL ledger row forroadmap.yamlpins. Any other path, a fixture-class source or one novel line is R1. The copy must carry EXACTLY the pin of the roadmap.yaml ledger row (count + text hash), so a duplicated or dropped line is R1.mutant()header now says WANT-RC/NEEDLE are the UNMUTATED expectation; a mutant is killed when the mutated guard no longer gives them.docs/audits/quorum-PMAT-6185-R1-pin-cites.md(A/B question ruling, NOT the sign-off). It supersedes the PMAT-6185 acceptance wording ("S1a contains no roadmap-base.yaml", S1b "data-only"), which cannot be edited in place.Known residual: a copy of a historical line skips R3/R6; a re-pin dropping a citing line needs the base re-cut. Follow-up: the step removing the tracked
roadmap.yamlmoves its ledger row ontoroadmap-base.yaml(C24).Needs: non-author sign-off round bound to the FINAL commit.
keep-open: S2-S4 follow under #6185.

Also (gate change #2):
scripts/check_roadmap_completion_is_cited.shdoes not count roadmap-base.yaml while roadmap.yaml is in scope and holds EVERY id the base holds (content-bound, not a path waiver; judged normally if roadmap.yaml is removed or the base has an extra id). 3 self-test rows; mutants path-waiver and drop-subset-test killed. Declared in the PMAT-6185 notes.
