Installation

Available Models

DeepSeekProvider::MODEL_DEEPSEEK_FLASH   // 'deepseek-flash' (default)
DeepSeekProvider::MODEL_DEEPSEEK_V4_PRO  // 'deepseek-v4-pro'

deepseek-flash is the name DeepSeek documents for the current Flash generation and it follows the generation forward; the versioned MODEL_DEEPSEEK_V4_FLASH was retired on 10 September 2026 and is only routed "temporarily". MODEL_DEEPSEEK_CHAT and MODEL_DEEPSEEK_REASONER were discontinued on 24 July 2026 and requests using them fail. All three constants are still shipped, deprecated. The V4 family replaces the old chat and reasoner split, with the neutral effort option controlling how hard the model thinks.
