Created the data model for an HR training record to identify the critical factors that impact the trainee’s future career decision. Used Python (Jupyter) pandas and matplotlib went through the whole EDA process, including data cleaning, variables analysis, feature engineering. Hands-on practices with the knowledge of Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Radom Forest, KNN, and KMeans.
