Summary
This PR introduces an automated end-to-end integration testing pipeline via GitHub Actions to verify the functionality of the gNB and UE Gazebo plugins. The new workflow automatically builds the plugins, spins up the OAI Core Network, and launches a headless Gazebo simulation using a dedicated docker-compose configuration. Additionally, it introduces a robust polling script to monitor the OAI AMF logs and confirm that both the gNB and UE successfully boot up and register with the network.
