Avaota A1 Armbian XFCE 20260519
Avaota A1 Armbian XFCE Desktop (20260519)
Two variants available:
- picoclaw: Lightweight Go AI assistant (<10MB RAM, works on 1GB boards)
- openclaw: Full Node.js AI assistant (needs 4GB+ RAM)
Pre-installed (both)
- XFCE desktop + browsers + desktop tools
- Docker, Node.js 22, pnpm
- CH340/CP210x USB serial drivers
- CONFIG_UTS_NS enabled (Docker support)
First Boot Setup
On first boot, the image will wait for network access and then install Home Assistant, ZHA BLZ, and the selected Claw assistant.
If network is not available during first boot, setup will not be marked complete and will run again on the next boot. If you connect networking after the system has already booted, reboot the board to continue setup.
Flash & Boot
- Decompress:
xz -d <filename>.xz - Flash to SD card
- Boot, connect network, wait ~5 min
- Access HA: http://:8123
