What's in this Pull Request?
This PR adds a new sample: tab-context-quicklinks.
Teams QuickLinks is a lightweight Microsoft Teams Tab that displays context-aware quick links based on the current team and channel. Links are resolved from a static JSON configuration file, without requiring a backend API, database, or Microsoft Graph permissions.
The sample demonstrates:
Built with Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit, React 19, TypeScript, Fluent UI, and Vite.
