Having a file for each table was annoying when trying to working on updating multiple tables at once. Now all of the tables that are new or changed for PoE 2 live in the core file
Adds schema for all the missing tables and fixes the schema for all the existing tables Removes duplicate entries for tables that are the same as PoE 1 Updates PoE 1 tables with references inferred from PoE 2
