• Add 6 new unit tests for TransactionManager coverage:
  • BeginWithIsolationLevels: test begin with READ_COMMITTED, REPEATABLE_READ, SERIALIZABLE
  • PrepareTransaction: test 2PC prepare phase
  • GetTransaction: test get_transaction for existing and non-existent IDs
  • CommitIdempotent: verify commit on already-committed txn is safe
  • AbortIdempotent: verify abort on already-aborted txn is safe
  • MultipleTransactions: test multiple concurrent transactions

• Build and run transaction_manager_tests (8 tests pass)
