Adds one CrawlProof ad unit above the footer on every public page (slot 04392e64-733a-48dd-b17b-c4dc9eb3a399). ad.js loaded as a plain async tag next to stats.js; the unit SSRs without data-slot, picks 728x90/300x250 from the viewport on mount, then calls crawlproofAds.scan() with a bounded retry. Zero height until data-cp-filled. No CSP on this site.
