feat(vod): $1 per video by default (0.73.0) - #383

A new on-demand file the guide's owner publishes as owned or public-domain costs $1 to download unless --price says otherwise (--price 0: free). Already-published files keep their price; members' files are never sold. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
