chore: remove stray local smoke scripts - #196

smoke-verify.ts and smoke-check.ts were scratch scripts pointed at a
SQLite file in a dead job directory. smoke-verify.ts also used SQLite's
datetime('now'), which writes a non-ISO timestamp the app never stores.

Audit for the SQLite to Postgres date bug class on outreachgraph.com found no live query issues: every
*_atcolumn is TEXT holding ISO strings, and all cut-offs are bound from JSnow()/toISOString(). The only SQLite date function left was insmoke-verify.ts, a scratch script pointed at a SQLite file in a dead job directory. This removes it and its siblingsmoke-check.ts.Also normalized 75 prod rows (users, people, community_leads) whose
created_at/updated_atheld a space-separated timestamp from an old backfill, so text comparisons stay correct.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
