Release 1.602.0, stamped at land time from the 77 changelog fragments merged since 1.601.0 (through #1983).
scripts/land-release.shstamped the lockstep versions, folded the fragments intoCHANGELOG.md, and regenerated INDEX, SHA256SUMS and the size rows. No other content changes.Local CI repro: size-ratchet ok against main, mustload ok, every
