Fixes #7547. Adds a troubleshooting subsection under SSL Cert Verification covering common causes of SSLError (self-signed certs, incomplete certificate chain, hostname mismatch, outdated CA bundle, custom CA infrastructure) and basic debugging steps. Expands the existing section without changing behavior. Docs-only change.
