Adds two metadata files so the Publora MCP server can be claimed on Glama and pass quality checks:
publora-team(required for org repos: add file, then re-run Claim ownership). Pure metadata, read only by Glama's indexer.Neither file affects the running server or
mcp.publora.com— they are inert with respect to runtime. No code changes.
