Closing: the only change here is the CI workflow fix (0824f2c), no app/user-facing change, so a 0.15.1 release would republish a byte-identical app. The CI fix will fold into the next real release's changelog. (Root cause: the commit was typed fix(ci): which release-please treats as releasable; CI/chore plumbing should use ci:/chore: going forward.) |
