Explicit saved folder/recipe rules with bookmark resolution, global pause, macOS directory event sources, debounce and stable-size preflight, symlink/iCloud skip, top-level image processing and job-history output. No watchers if paused or unconfigured. This first implementation runs only while Tuck app is running; no login/background service is assumed. Mac CI/build and review gates remain open; dependent on typed recipes #26.
