What

Removes stale, redundant, and noise comments across component source, docs site, hooks, and tests. No behavior changes — comments and unused doc scaffolding only.

Scope

• 31 files touched, +37 / -287 (net removal)
• Components: amount, color-picker, code-block, data-table, theme-provider, tour-beta, calendar
• Hooks: useCopyToClipboard, useMouse
• Docs site (apps/www): examples, demo controls, sidebar, mdx, toc, lib helpers
• Styles: typography.css
