Updated `vitest` from `^3.1.1` to `^4.1.0` and `@vitest/coverage-v8` from `3.2.4` to `^4.1.0` across all 8 `package.json` files (root + 7 packages), resolving GHSA-5xrq-8626-4rwp (critical severity arbitrary file read in Vitest UI server). `pnpm audit --audit-level=high` now passes with no vulnerabilities, and all CI checks (lint, typecheck, tests) continue to pass.
