Interesting! The issue is that now the nav bar doesn't appear for a short time after loading each page.
I don't really see a need for a non-static nav bar, as updating it with search and replace isn't really an issue.

Isn’t it annoying when you have to update the navbar for every page html?

No, it's not difficult or challenging.

I don't really see a need for a non-static nav bar, as updating it with search and replace isn't really an issue.

Can I still make PRs for CSS changes? I can make the site look nicer

It's now a draft when you need it.
