Assets are referenced by their stable content URL (the asset's url, like https://api.rendobar.com/assets/<id>/content) since SDK 3.0.0 / the asset-URL redesign, not a { ref } object or bare asset id. Updates the ffmpeg input-source docs (guides + job-types).

Independent of the in-flight docs/ffmpeg-io-model output work (that branch leaves {ref} untouched).

Assets are now referenced by their stable content URL (the asset's url, like
