Release v0.4.7 — a webhooks, reliability, and dashboard release. No breaking changes.

Added

• Smart webhook filters (feat(webhook): smart pre-dispatch filters + WaId-aware contact matching #379) — optional AND-ed pre-dispatch conditions with engine-neutral WaId matching + FilterBuilder UI.
• WWEBJS_AUTH_TIMEOUT_MS (feat(engine): configurable first-boot init timeout for whatsapp-web.js (WWEBJS_AUTH_TIMEOUT_MS) #383) — configurable whatsapp-web.js first-boot init timeout for slow environments.

Changed

• Toast anti-spam (modify the toast notification system to prevent spamming #293) — a downed backend shows one "Server Connection Lost" toast instead of flooding the screen.

Fixed

• Postgres webhook-JSON crash (fix(db): parse JSON columns on Postgres to prevent dashboard crash (#384) #385 / [Bug]: "Something went wrong" error when webhook is active #384) — dashboard no longer crashes when a webhook exists on PostgreSQL.

Also merged (not in release notes): #386 (docs refresh), #382 (internal dead-code cleanup).

Bumps package.json + dashboard/package.json to 0.4.7 and stamps the CHANGELOG. On merge, tag v0.4.7 triggers the GH Release + GHCR multi-arch publish.
