What changed
Why
Corewise now has a public beta, website, and polished GitHub presence, but it needs a small builder-led announcement that explains AI Workloads, the local privacy boundary, and the MPL-2.0 open-source model without overclaiming.
Impact
No application behavior, permissions, collectors, networking, or release artifact changes. This PR only adds launch documentation and repository-owned marketing assets.
