npm run act:ci to validate lint, typecheck, and build locally before pushing. Uses nektos/act with Docker.
- Move frontend-only deps to devDependencies so electron-builder excludes them from the asar (eliminates ~88MB of node_modules) - Replace 1.9MB raster-in-SVG favicon with optimized 40KB PNG - Exclude web-only assets (OG images, PWA icons) from Electron build - Add exclusion patterns for .ts sources and config files
