This PR updates the documentation to accurately reflect the current state of the project. Specifically:

  1. Windows Support: Removed the limitation in README.md claiming Windows archives were forced to .tar.xz. Tests confirm that the plugin correctly handles .zip archives for Windows.
  2. Platform Support: Explicitly listed supported platforms in README.md.
  3. Testing Information: Updated AGENTS.md to describe the testing structure and key test files (tests/download_test.rs, tests/versions_test.rs).
  4. Prerequisites: Added a note about the minimum proto version (0.47.0) requirement in AGENTS.md and docs/development.md.
  5. Project Structure: Updated AGENTS.md to include tests/ in the project structure list.
