volunteer survey happy path feature test

Resolves #3

Description

• Add a TDD to the user story: when I begin filling out the Survey and fill out the session duration, then see a "Congratulations" and see a link to the student dashboard.
• The submit button does not have an implementation yet, only a console log, so the test will fail.
• Added improvements to the button submit status, to be less repetitive.
• Uncommented "uriLink" because it was blocking the application from running locally in the development environment.
