Previously closed as #25 due to a real conflict in
PreferencesViewModel.csagainst openutau#2205 (which changedThemeEditablefrom settable to computed to fix an IObservable init bug). This PR's branch predates that fix. Resolved by keeping the computedThemeEditableand adding this PR'sDetachPianoRollproperty, which is unrelated and already used correctly throughout the rest of the auto-merged diff.
