Edit: adding some additional context: as part of rust-lang/infra-team#262 T-infra will work towards a de facto solution for backing what we have on Github. However, it was important to own
gitlab/rust-langas it was, even thought we don't know yet whether it will be part of the solution. We'll run a proper discover process and rework the statement on Github and disaster recovery for Git forges as part of the solution we'll create for rust-lang/infra-team#262.Rendered
