To fix MSRV CI, see wasm-bindgen/wasm-bindgen#4899.
Not the only solution to this, we could also do a
cargo update -pwasm-bindgen --precisein the CI step. But I felt that this change was fine, I don't expect there to be any real negatives from forcing a higherwasm-bindgenversion.
