Updates the project’s JavaScript tooling dependencies (Angular CLI/build tooling and ESLint/TypeScript-ESLint stack) to newer patch/minor versions, keeping the lockfile in sync.

@typescript-eslint/*from^8.58.0to^8.65.0and refreshed the lockfile tree accordingly. - Regenerated
