iPadOS MVP UI plan

This PR introduces a comprehensive planning pack for the initial MVP development of an iPadOS native port of the Graphite editor.

The primary goal of this initiative is to map the existing web UI surfaces to Apple's Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) for a native iPad experience.

The docs/ipados-mvp/ directory now contains a full set of planning artifacts, including:

• product-scope.md: Defines the MVP objective, scope, and success metrics.
• backlog.md and backlog.csv: Provides sprint-ready user stories with priorities, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• sprint-plan.md: Outlines an 8-week / 4-sprint development plan with key milestones.
• ui-parity-matrix.md: Maps current Graphite UI surfaces to proposed native iPad patterns.
• hig-checklist.md: A structured checklist for Apple HIG compliance.
• raid-log.md: Documents risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• README.md: Provides guidance on how to utilize the planning pack.

This deliverable establishes a structured foundation for the development team to commence work on the iPadOS MVP, ensuring early alignment with Apple's design principles and a clear path for execution.
