Superseded by 740749d on main, which takes rusqlite to 0.39.0 rather than 0.40.1.

0.40.1 requires libsqlite3-sys 0.38, whose build script uses the nightly-only cfg_select feature:

error[E0658]: use of unstable library feature `cfg_select`
  --> libsqlite3-sys-0.38.1/build.rs:110:9

That fails on CI stable and on this workspace's MSRV of 1.85, which is why 11 jobs went red here. rusqlite 0.39.0 pins libsqlite3-sys 0.37, which has no cfg_select, and needed no source changes.

Worth reopening once cfg_select stabilises or libsqlite3-sys drops it.
