Documents slide.ng 3.0 (slide-ng/slide.ng#93):

• The deck browser: a new page, Deck browser, under Features: presenting. It covers opening it, links on slides, tabs, bookmarks, the start page, Customise, the browser headmatter key, the proxy under slide-ng dev, fullscreen and several windows. Also the browser row in Headmatter and frontmatter, the proxy and the weather service in Security, and a line in What differs from Slidev.
• The navigation bar: dragging it by its grip in Shortcuts, and Show Navigation Bar and Reset Navigation Bar Position in Context menu. Shortcuts also gets the b key.
• Upgrading from 2.x to 3.0: a new page under Migrating, with the changes a 2.x deck can notice (links open in the deck browser, b, the Escape lock in fullscreen, one more local port in dev) and how to keep the 2.x behaviour. Welcome and Install now say 3.0.

Merge once 3.0.0 is on npm. Checked with pnpm run format:check, pnpm test, pnpm run build and pnpm run check:dist (26386 internal links, none broken).
