This PR relocates
program/idl.jsonto the repo root asidl.json, aligningprogram-metadatawith the convergedsolana-program/*convention that a single, predictable IDL path keeps the file self-evidently discoverable and gives every repo's shields.io version badge the same URL shape.codama.mjsand the README's badge URL are updated to match; the IDL content itself is unchanged, so regenerating the JS and Rust clients produces a zero diff.
