…LE support Add AST types and parsing for ClickHouse settings profile statements: - CreateSettingsProfileQuery for CREATE [SETTINGS] PROFILE - AlterSettingsProfileQuery for ALTER [SETTINGS] PROFILE - DropSettingsProfileQuery for DROP [SETTINGS] PROFILE - ShowCreateSettingsProfileQuery for SHOW CREATE [SETTINGS] PROFILE The EXPLAIN output matches ClickHouse's format: - CREATE and ALTER both output "CreateSettingsProfileQuery" - DROP outputs "DROP SETTINGS PROFILE query" - SHOW CREATE outputs "SHOW CREATE SETTINGS PROFILE query" (singular) or "SHOW CREATE SETTINGS PROFILES query" (plural for multiple profiles) This fixes 91 statements in the 01294_create_settings_profile test.
