- Fixed an UnboundLocalError in galaxyscope.py by correcting the Python indentation of the AI guardrail sanitization loop. - Refactored the GG-AGENT-GUARDRAIL rule in sarif_recorder.py to read as a procedural 'Guardrail' rather than a 'Boundary Breach', adding full descriptions to reduce developer alert fatigue. - Resolved cascading mock failures in test_galaxyscope.py by aligning os.walk paths, injecting dummy hit_vector arrays, and correcting the mid-flight RAM cache assertions.
