Injected galaxyscope:ignore headers across core modules to prevent the engine from falsely flagging its own intended structural behaviors.
Updated the GG-AGENT-GUARDRAIL description to clearly indicate HITL requirements, removed rogue markdown brackets from the JSON schema, and added templates/ to the global SARIF_IGNORED_PATHS.
Added an ALTER TABLE try/except block to gracefully heal legacy SQLite databases suffering from schema drift on the is_zero_dependency_mode column.
Demoted Phase 0-9 execution timers and worker pool tracking to debug level to reduce CI/CD log spam. Fixed the terminal billboard URL ANSI formatting.
XGBoost falsely flags raw Assembly instructions as obfuscated malware due to high entropy. Added an explicit shield to neutralize the threat score for assembly dialects and demoted the logging level to debug.
Replaced rogue terminal print statements with the namespaced GalaxyScope logger and clamped Logic Bomb density percentages to a maximum of 100.0%.
Demoted the multi-processing worker initialization logs to WARNING to prevent CLI flooding, and passed a muted logger to the Aperture Filter during headless Phase 10 X-Ray audits.

Updated the test suite to correctly capture the new Python logging architecture instead of stdout print statements, restoring pipeline checks.
